This hotel offers a unique experience with a fantastic location right on the water and a great balcony view of the bay. The service was a mixed bag; while one staff member was incredibly helpful, others fell short. The restaurant's food was decent, and the atmosphere vibrant due to its central location. The rooms were modest, but it serves as a decent compromise between budget and mid-range options.

Although the rooms are a bit run down and lack cleanliness, the service from staff like Mr. Fixit is exceptional, going above and beyond. The dining experience is decent with fine food but could use improvement. Overall, it strikes a good balance between a hostel and a 3-star hotel, but the value could be better if the rooms were in better shape.
I had a decent stay overall at this hotel, highlighted by its fantastic location right on the dock and the helpfulness of the staff. Nosario, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us, whether it was fixing the A/C or providing directions.
